Rania has led the modernisation of global audit and risk teams across multiple industries, including $10bn revenue telecoms and technology multinational Nasdaq and Euronext listed VEON, UK listed international transport operator FirstGroup Plc, and US owned technology and telecoms group Colt, where she transformed and built audit and risk functions and strengthened governance, risk culture and internal controls. Rania is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with the IIA.
