Professor Paul Moxey is recognised as an innovator and thought leader on governance and risk. Following a career as a professional accountant, chief financial officer, company secretary, management consultant, director and 13 years as head of corporate governance and risk management at ACCA, he now provides executive education and advisory services to the corporate, not-for-profit and public sectors. Paul works with boards and executive teams in assessing and improving their culture, governance and risk management practices to improve organisational performance and resilience. He has spoken at numerous events all over the world, written many publications and participated on many international technical groups.
