He has more than 15 years’ experience in the corporate governance field, spanning the public, private, and third sectors. At One Advisory, he supports a range of clients with corporate governance and compliance issues, including companies listed on the main market and AIM. Paul was shortlisted for the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland (CGIUKI) Governance Professional of the Year award in 2024. Paul is a speaker and writer on governance and ESG topics, and his publications on board diversity and age inclusion have contributed to shaping governance standards for FTSE Small Cap and AIM-listed companies. His work at the Centre for AI in Board Effectiveness, a research-led initiative (Brunel University, University of London), looks at the opportunities and risks that AI presents for board effectiveness.
