Neil Rigby

Neil Rigby is a partner in Weil’s antitrust practice, where he advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including merger control, cartel investigations, restrictive practices, market dominance, and sector inquiries. Neil also advises on National Security and Investment Act and other foreign investment reviews, EU foreign subsidies reviews, and UK subsidy control. Neil also has significant experience in antitrust litigation before the English High Court (Chancery Division and Commercial Court) and the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal. His experience encompasses a broad range of industries, including financial services, media, telecommunications, IP/IT, consumer goods, healthcare, sports, aviation, energy, chemicals, and industrial/manufacturing sectors. Neil also has particular experience advising clients on the interface between competition law, intellectual property rights, and sectoral regulation.
