Mila Cerecina is executive director of Pollination, a climate change investment and advisory firm. Mila leads Pollination’s financial markets team, supporting financial institutions and corporates in developing climate and nature strategies, positioning them for the net zero and nature-positive transition. She brings almost 20 years’ global experience delivering strategic advice on climate, human rights, social impact, international development and impact measurement. Before joining Pollination, Mila worked at Open Society Foundations as chief staffer to the global management committee, and co-led the development of the philanthropy’s new climate justice strategy.
