Michael Seigne is the founder of consultancy Candor Partners Ltd. His aim is to help bring fairness, understanding and transparency to listed corporates when they execute public market transactions. Michael works directly with the boards, CFOs, heads of treasury and company secretaries of publicly listed companies. For three decades, Michael has worked on the trading floors of some of the world’s leading investment banks, market-makers and agency brokers. Michael is working to bring greater transparency and understanding to the listed corporate community, through leveraging the experience gained from a career in execution services. This included working as managing director at Goldman Sachs, leading several execution businesses; as a head of EMEA electronic trading at Virtu; and the global head of execution services at Redburn.
