Michael Parent is professor of management information systems at Simon Fraser University in Canada and an internationally recognised expert in corporate governance, focusing on information technology and cybersecurity for boards, directors and CEOs. He is a fellow at the David and Sharon Johnston Centre for Corporate Governance, Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
