Mark Craddock is a director in Deloitte’s London office and a lead advisor in the BPO advisory practice. Mark has more than 15 years of experience, both in leadership roles for large outsourcing suppliers and as an advisor for a diverse set of global clients across a range of industries. His experience spans the entire sourcing life cycle, with a particular focus on design, negotiation and implementation, including managing contract termination and transition to new suppliers. He has particular expertise in finance, procurement, HR and legal process outsourcing.
