Kathleen Enright

Kathleen Enright is managing partner of Sancroft International, a consultancy that advises both businesses and investors on all areas of sustainability and ESG. She was previously global managing director of international sustainability consultancy Salterbaxter. She has spent the past 20 years in sustainability consultancy, advising business on climate risk, transition planning, corporate governance, stakeholder engagement and brand activation. She has designed, implemented and activated some of the most successful sustainable business strategies in the market today. Kathleen has worked up and down the value chain – she started out in Fair Trade, partnering with farmers across Southeast Asia to increase their share of value. After a stint with French sustainability consultancy Ethicity, where she focused on material impacts, corporate strategy and stakeholder engagement, she applied her focus to consumer engagement and behaviour change, founding the successful OgilvyEarth EMEA practice. Most recently, she partnered with Transition Agency on the development of AI-based tools for double materiality and business resilience.
