Jenni Hibbert is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office. She is the global managing partner, Go-To-Market leader, and regional leader of Europe and Africa. In this dual role, Jenni shapes how the firm goes to market and owns the full P&L for Heidrick & Struggles’ Europe and Africa region. Jenni serves on the firm’s management committee, reporting to both the president and CEO. She has an expansive portfolio of clients at the most senior levels across industries, both executive and non-executive. Jenni serves as a non-executive director of the American European Business Association, a business networking forum. Previously, Jenni led Heidrick & Struggles’ Go-To-Market capabilities for executive search and, before that, the global financial services practice, the firm’s largest in size and scale, with a presence in every office. Prior to joining the company, she spent four years as a BBC broadcaster focusing on financial and business news. Jenni began her career working on Capitol Hill.
