Janey Zheng is an Associate Professor in Leadership and Organisational Behaviour at Durham University Business School. Dr Zheng’s research focuses on relational leadership (social exchange between leaders and followers, for example, trust felt trust, LMX), identity (identity conflict, enhancement and development), and emotion (such as envy and pride).
