Hugh Arnold is Adjunct Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He teaches in the MBA and Executive Programmes. He also works on consulting assignments with many clients in the public and private sectors on issues of leadership, organisation, strategy and governance.
