Gemma Bridgman

Gemma Bridgman is principal sustainability strategist with Forum for the Future. She works with businesses to create systemic change in the shift towards a just and regenerative world. Gemma’s role involves conceptualising, designing and fundraising for work programmes with a focus on strategy development and collaboration; project direction and management; and nurturing relationships with Forum's partner organisations. Over the past 10 years, Gemma has worked on a variety of sustainability projects, including materiality, consumer behaviour change, sustainability strategy, stakeholder engagement, industry benchmarking and competitor analysis, in both international consultancy and NGO environments. Before joining Forum for the Future, Gemma spent eight years at Unilever, specialising in environmental disclosure and sustainability insights, and leading the annual materiality assessment.
