Frederik Otto is the founder and executive director of The Sustainability Board, an independent non-profit organisation supporting sustainable leadership and governance through research, thought leadership, and intelligence services. The Sustainability Board believes that poor leadership is a systemic risk, and that business is a powerful vehicle for positive change. Its reports, intelligence, dialogues, and community aim to drive accountability for a sustainable future. Frederik is a leader in consulting for multinational companies on organisation and human capital strategy, with a focus on sustainability and ESG. He is also a member of the Council for Inclusive Capitalism and a fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
