Evans Boamah

Evans Boamah is a postgraduate researcher at Lancaster University Management School. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Distinction) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He started his career as a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Ghana, assisting the Advisory Business Unit in Ghana and other West African countries. After years of industry experience, he studied for a Master's in Investment Analysis (Distinction) from the University of Stirling, UK. Prior to his doctoral research, he worked as an associate consultant at PwC, Ghana, where he contributed to the recovery and receiverships of companies in Ghana. Evans' research focuses on areas of corporate governance.
