Erik van de Loo is affiliate professor of organisational behaviour at INSEAD, where he is programme co-director of the Executive Master in Change. As of March 2008 he also holds the professorship "Leadership and Behaviour" at the Free University Amsterdam. He is partner and co-founder of Phyleon Centre for Leadership and Change in The Hague. Erik is also a licensed clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and psychoanalyst.
