Dr Emilia Bunea, CFA, is a leadership scholar and educator. She previously served as CEO of Metlife Romania and CFO of ING Insurance Europe. Her research on corporate leadership, co-authored with Maxim Elias and David Stolin, Leadership Skills in Corporate Director Biographies: Substance or Impression Management? was published earlier in 2025. Emilia's latest endeavour is as an author. Her book, Leadership for the CFO, is being published by Routledge in November 2025.
