Dominic Schofield is managing partner of Board & CEO Services at Korn Ferry, based in its London office, having led the practice since 2017. During this time, he and his colleagues have handled a significant number of FTSE chair, CEO and board changes, and brought greater diversity to the leadership of the FTSE and Europe’s leading companies. In addition, Dominic plays a key role in Korn Ferry’s work assessing, developing and coaching senior leaders and high potentials.
