Debbie Bayntun-Lees

Dr Debbie Bayntun-Lees is professor of organisational development, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging), and change at Hult International Business School (Ashridge). A leadership and organisational development consultant, Debbie specialises in gender equity, inclusive leadership, and systemic culture change. Her work spans boards, senior teams, and entire organisations, helping them build inclusive, high-performing cultures through strategic interventions and learning experiences.
Her research explores gender dynamics in workplace communication, particularly how women are socially silenced in professional settings, and how men can be engaged as active partners in advancing equity. Debbie’s latest work focuses on supporting men through the allyship journey to become advocates for systemic change. She holds a doctorate in organisational change and brings experience from the NHS, global corporations and NGOs.
