She works globally with clients across the energy, utilities, low-carbon technologies, and sustainability sectors, delivering boardroom and leadership solutions, talent strategy, and advisory services. Her clients span major public, family-owned, and financial sponsor-owned companies, as well as global pension funds, private equity firms, and philanthropic foundations. She also has substantial expertise building investment teams for global asset managers investing in critical energy and environmental infrastructure, climate technology, and natural capital.
