Arad Reisberg

Arad Reisberg joined Brunel University London in May 2016 as the head of the Brunel Law School and professor of corporate law and finance. Previously, Arad was a reader in corporate and financial law at UCL Faculty of Laws, a lecturer in law and a director, UCL Centre for Commercial Law, as well as UCL Law's vice dean (research). Arad is the author of "Derivative Actions and Corporate Governance" (OUP, 2007), the first book to provide a detailed and theoretical explanation of the law governing derivative actions. He also sits on the editorial boards of journals International Corporate Rescue and Corporate Ownership and Control, and is a contributing author of "Annotated Companies Legislation" (OUP).
