Aidan McKearney

Dr Aidan McKearney is professor in human resource management (HRM) & organisational behaviour at Hult International Business School. He was formerly associate professor in HRM at London South Bank University. His research focuses on: how macro contextual factors impact the organisational level, and the implications for DEI, talent and engagement; equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace; and how organisations can develop more inclusive workplace cultures and retain diverse talent.
