Experian plc has today announced the appointment of Adam Crozier to the board as an independent non-executive director and chair-designate from 12 May 2026. He will succeed Mike Rogers as chair following the conclusion of the AGM to be held on 22 July this year, he will succeed Mike Rogers, who is stepping down from the board after nine yearsâ service.
Crozier will also serve on the remuneration and nomination & corporate governance committees, and chair the latter following the AGM.
Crozier is currently chair of BT Group plc, where he also chairs the nomination committee and has responsibility for security oversight. He is also chair of Kantar Group, a global marketing data and analytics company.
He was previously chair of Whitbread, ASOS, Stage Entertainment BV and Vue International Cinema Group and a non-executive director of Sony Corporation.
In his executive career, Crozier gained more than 20 yearsâ experience as a chief executive, most recently as the CEO of ITV from 2010 to 2017. Prior to ITV, Crozier was CEO of Royal Mail from 2003 to 2010. Before that, he was CEO of the Football Association from 2000 to 2002 and joint CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi from 1995 to 2000.
