Principality Building Society has announced the appointment of Chris Davis as a notified non-executive director from 1 May 2026.
Davis brings more than 35 years of wide-ranging banking experience across change, IT, risk and operations, having worked at NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and the Co-operative Bank.
Simon Moore, chair of Principality Building Society, said: “Principality is delighted to welcome Chris to our Board of Directors. His experience will play a crucial role in advancing the Society’s transformational growth ambitions.”
