Ocado Group plc has announced the appointment of Cathy Graham has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 February 2026. Graham will also become a member of its people committee and audit committee at the same time.

From 2020 to 2025, Graham was the chief financial officer of Darktrace plc, a global autonomous cyber AI company. Her experience also includes seven years at 2U, a technical partnership business. Graham has expertise in leading large organisations, having led the financial operations for multiple high-growth technology companies in the UK and US, including assessing and procuring substantial technology and R&D investment.
