Virgin Money UK plc has announced the appointment of Tracey Graham as a non-executive director of the company and of Clydesdale Bank PLC.

Graham is currently senior independent director and chair of the remuneration committee at Nationwide Building Society, non-executive director and chair of the remuneration committee at Close Brothers Group plc, and senior independent director at Pension Insurance Corporation Group Ltd.

Graham was formerly senior independent director at DiscoverIE plc and Ibstock plc, where she also held the role of Remco chair. She has served in the latter capacity at Royal London Mutual Insurance Society. She was also chair of the LINK Consumer Council at LINK Scheme Limited until December 2024.

In her executive career, Graham was chief executive officer of Talaris Limited, an international cash management business. Before that she held a number of senior roles in De La Rue plc, HSBC and at AXA Insurance.
