Anglo American plc has announced that Anne Wade will join its board as a non-executive director and a member of its board audit and sustainability committees.
Wade is chair of Man Group plc, the London listed investment management group, and is a non-executive director of Summit Materials, Inc., a New York listed infrastructure materials company. Wade spent the majority of her career in the asset management industry, largely with Capital Group, focused on infrastructure investment.
In her non-executive career, Wade formerly served on the boards of Holcim Ltd, a Swiss multinational producing building materials, and John Laing Group plc.
