Portmeirion Group PLC has appointed Jeremy Wilson as a non-executive director with immediate effect. He will also become a member of the audit, remuneration and nomination committees.
Wilson has held several positions as chief financial officer, including at audio products group Focusrite plc from 2014 to 2021. He is currently a director of Summerisle Finance Ltd. Wilson started his career at KPMG, and has also held senior roles at DHL, Atex Group and Regenersis.
Portmeirion’s brands include Spode, Royal Worcester and Wax Lyrical.
Commenting on the appointment, Dick Steele, non-executive chair, said: “I am delighted to welcome Jeremy to Portmeirion Group as a non-executive director. Jeremy’s broad expertise and deep industry experience will be extremely valuable. His appointment will further strengthen our independence and the experience of the board. The board looks forward to working with Jeremy.”
