The British Honey Company plc has announced the appointment to the board of Andrew Smallman as a non-executive director.
Smallman has over 20 years’ senior level experience within the drinks industry. His previous roles include spirits buying director for drinks wholesaler Matthew Clark, and managing director of the UK business of Halewood Wines & Spirits, part of Halewood International, a global spirits distiller and distributor.
Smallman has in the past also held directorships at Bibendum Off Trade and West Country Beverages. He is currently MD of his own change management consultancy, Hurstpoint Associates, supporting start-ups and advising company boards with their growth plans.
