Travis Perkins plc has announced the appointment of Louise Hardy as a non-executive director and member of its remuneration committee with effect from 1 January 2023.
Hardy, a civil engineer by background, has held a number of non-executive roles in the public sector and FTSE 250, including at Renew Holdings, Sirius Minerals and Genuit Group.
She is currently a NED of Crest Nicholson Holdings, Severfield and Balfour Beatty as well as the independent chair of Oriel, the joint initiative between Moorfields Eye Hospital, UCL and Moorfields Eye Charity for a new centre for eye care, research and education in London.
Hardy’s most recent executive role was as European project excellence director for AECOM, with a portfolio of 10,000 projects within Europe. She has held a range of senior roles at London Underground, Bechtel, Laing O’Rourke and as infrastructure director for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
