Experian plc, the global information services company, has announced the appointment of two new independent non-executive directors to its board.
Kathleen DeRose is a professor at the New York University (NYU) Stern School of Business, the director of the NYU Stern Fubon Center for Technology, Business, and Innovation and of its FinTech Initiative. DeRose is a non-executive director of London Stock Exchange Group plc, Voya Financial, Inc. and Enfusion, Inc. DeRose’s career in global financial services has taken her to Credit Suisse, Hagin Investment Management, Bessemer Trust, Deutsche Asset Management, and Chase Manhattan Bank.
Louise Pentland was most recently executive VP and senior adviser to the CEO at PayPal Holdings, Inc. She led PayPal’s legal and regulatory requirements across all markets working with international regulators and oversaw its ESG strategy, as well as intellectual property, innovation and HR. Pentland is a NED of Hitachi and the Pacific Mutual Holding Company. She previously held senior roles at Nokia.
