NatWest Group plc has announced the appointment of Roisin Donnelly as an independent non-executive director.

Donnelly currently serves as a non-executive director of HomeServe plc on its corporate responsibility and people committees, and is also a NED of Premier Foods plc, serving as a member of its remuneration and audit committees. Between 2016 and 2020, she was a non-executive director of Just Eat plc.

Donnelly has also been a NED for Bourne Leisure and Holland and Barrett.

In her executive career, Donnelly spent more than 30 years leading marketing and brand building at Procter & Gamble in different UK and international roles. Most recently, she was chief marketing officer for Procter & Gamble Northern Europe from 2014 to 2016 and, prior to that, held the same role for its UK and Ireland division, from 2002 to 2014.

Howard Davies, NatWest Group chair, said: “I am delighted to welcome Roisin to the board. Roisin has an impressive executive track record in customer experience, data and digital transformation, together with significant board and committee experience as a non-executive director. I am confident Roisin will make an important and valuable contribution to the board and look forward to working with her.”
