Law firm Linklaters has appointed Paul Lewis as its new firmwide managing partner.
He takes over from Gideon Moore, who has held the position since January 2016.
Lewis was previously head of Linklaters’ finance division and co-head of the firm’s innovation group. He has served on the partnership board alongside the firm’s new senior partner and chair, Aedamar Comiskey. Lewis has also served on the firm’s executive committee, which he will now chair.
Comiskey commented: “Paul will be an excellent firmwide managing partner. We have enjoyed working together as colleagues and friends for over 20 years. I have great confidence in his strategic thinking, strong leadership skills and laser-sharp focus on our future success.”
