Online car retailer Cazoo has announced two new appointments to its board of directors.
Duncan Tatton-Brown is to become a senior independent director and audit committee chair, while Anne Wojcicki will join as a non-executive director.
Tatton-Brown was most recently chief financial officer of Ocado Group, where he remains a senior adviser to the board. Prior to joining Ocado, he held CFO roles at Fitness First, Kingfisher, B&Q and Virgin Entertainment Group. He currently serves on the board of Trainline.
Wojcicki is the CEO and co-founder of genetic testing company 23andMe. She previously spent a decade on Wall Street investing in healthcare.
Both will take up their roles after Cazoo lists on the NYSE later this year.
