Imogen Joss has been appointed as a non-executive director on the board of the Simply Biz Group, a provider of fintech and support services to the UK’s retail financial services sector.
Joss will chair the remuneration committee following the company’s AGM in April 2021 and will sit as a member of all board committees from appointment.
She spent 11 years at London Stock Exchange Group, where she was executive director of the Information Services Division. Her previous roles include president and chief commercial officer at S&P Global and president of S&P Platts.
Joss holds non-executive directorships at Grant Thornton UK, Gowling WLG, Euromoney Institutional Investor, Interswitch and IPSX, the International Property Securities Exchange.
