Susan Kilsby is stepping down as senior independent director at the mineral, oil and gas company BHP.
She will be replaced by Gary Goldberg, who has been a non-executive director of BHP since February 2020.
Christine O’Reilly will take on Kilsby’s role as chair of BHP’s remuneration committee from 1 March. O’Reilly has been a non-executive director of BHP since October 2020.
Kilsby will be taking on the role of board chair at Fortune Brands Home & Security, where she has been a non-executive director since 2015.
