De La Rue, the world’s largest maker of bank notes, has appointed Nick Bray as a non-executive director.
Bray is chief financial officer at Sophos, the security software experts, and will chair De La Rue’s audit committee succeeding Victoria Jarman.
Philip Rogerson, chairman of De La Rue, commented: “Nick Bray brings highly relevant experience in the technology and information security industries, which will enable him to make an excellent contribution to the board at an exciting time for the business. I look forward to welcoming Nick to De La Rue.”
